This role is focused on project managing events, social-impact initiatives (not technical/software project management) involving remote teams and collaborators.
Role Purpose:
The Project Management Intern will act as the execution anchor for high-impact initiatives under Omysha Foundation, ensuring structured implementation through:
Strong Project Management discipline
Proactive Risk Management
Structured Issue Management
Continuous Quality Assurance
Strategic Resource Mobilization
This role is not about coordination - it requires ownership, accountability, and execution intelligence.
Selected intern's key result areas include:
Understanding and Mapping the Process to be managed
Understanding the people competencies required
Equipping the project with resources and people
Risk management, resource management, and quality assurance
Bring role clarity and expectations to the people involved
Identify, report, rezsolve, and escalate the risks in the execution of the processes on time and as per quality.
Core Responsibility Areas:
1. End-to-End Planning & Execution Leadership
The PM Intern is responsible for:
Translating vision into an execution roadmap
Breaking down project goals into phase-wise milestones
Defining timelines, deliverables, and ownership
Ensuring every function knows what, when, and how to deliver
Monitoring progress and driving execution rigor
Ensuring alignment between strategy and ground-level action
