The Role: Senior Backend Developers – Java | Spring Boot | Microservices
Location: Bengaluru Development Centre

We are looking for experienced Senior Backend Engineers with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, distributed systems and enterprise integrations. You will help build and scale the backend of a global, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform, while using modern AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development speed, quality and innovation.

What You’ll Own

Build scalable backend services using Java & Spring Boot.
Design Microservices, REST APIs and distributed systems.
Develop enterprise integrations with ERP, Payroll, communication platforms and third-party APIs.
Strengthen performance,



scalability, security and reliability.
Work on analytics, reporting and data-intensive services.
Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues.
Participate in architecture and code reviews and mentor engineers.
Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring and documentation.

Core Technical Skills

Java 8/11/17+ • Spring Boot • Microservices • REST APIs • Distributed Systems • System Design • Design Patterns • SQL / MariaDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL • Docker • Kubernetes • CI/CD

Valuable exposure to Kafka/RabbitMQ, API gateways, event-driven architectures, MongoDB, cloud-native systems and enterprise integration frameworks will be valued.

Experience building multi-tenant SaaS, analytics/reporting platforms or large-scale enterprise applications will be a strong advantage.
