Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate candidate communications and interviews.
Support pre-employment documentation and background verification processes.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Facilitate current hire orientation and induction activities.

HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Manage employee files and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards.
Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.

Employee Support

Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Maintain HR documentation, forms, and records.
Assist in audits and compliance-related activities.





Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR administration or HR support roles.
Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.
