Role Description The Sales Executive (FTC) role is a full time, on-site position based in Siliguri. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating leads, and promoting Bajaj Finserv’s financial products in line with company guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with customers, explaining product features and benefits, completing application processes, and supporting customers through onboarding and post-sale queries.



The role also involves achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and service delivery. The Sales Executive is expected to follow compliance standards, maintain professional conduct in all customer interactions, and contribute to local market development initiatives.
Qualifications

Demonstrated sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to understand and explain financial products such as loans, insurance, and investment services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as required.
Comfort with fieldwork, including meeting customers in-person and working in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer literacy and ability to use digital tools for lead tracking, reporting, and documentation.
