The Role we're looking for an Artist & Logistics Manager to own end-to-end coordination between venues, artists, and clients — from venue relationships to every travel and accommodation detail behind an artist engagement. You're equally comfortable negotiating a partnership and closing out a multi-city itinerary under time pressure.

What You'll Own

Venue relationships
Artist engagement and travel coordination




Hotel relationships and bookings for clients, artists and EUR Crew.
Flight, train, and bus bookings, including real-time rebooking when plans change

What We're Looking For

Experience : 4– 8 years in artist management, event operations, travel coordination, or similar
Proven track record managing vendor and venue relationships
Solid negotiation skills, especially around cost closures
Highly organised, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure
Confident communicator across clients, artists, and partners
