Reporting to the Vistra GSC’s Compliance, this full-time and permanent position is based in Vistra International Expansion (India) Private Limited, Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Compliance Function department and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise the Corporate Governance team for satisfactory closure of all the expected deliverables




Relationship management with the major stakeholders for CG especially the clients. Creating a timely discussion schedule for these and ensuring a proactive corporate governance service
Keep up to date all entity information for clients using internal software
Maintaining internal trackers for effective management
Assist Global Compliance team maintain accurate and meaningful data on the portal
Develop knowledge of local requirements in portfolio countries, document and promote within Vistra
Operate within department systems and processes to ensure accuracy and quality targets are met
To lead daily team huddles, assign tasks, and provide ongoing operational guidance.
To compile Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyse workflow volumes.
To maintain frequent communication with clients and senior corporate stakeholders.
To handle and resolve grievances from clients, stakeholders, and team members.
