The Staff Engineer is responsible for hands‑on system Automation and quality assurance across complex software systems. This role emphasizes deep Automation development expertise, ownership of Automation Strategy, execution and defect investigation, and practical application of automation development and AI‑assisted automation development. The position offers opportunities to work closely with development, verification and Devops teams while mentoring automation through execution‑driven leadership.

This position reports to the Senior Engineering Manager and is part of the Software Department team located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Chance To

Design end-to-end automation architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reusability by defining enterprise automation standards, best practices, object models, and governance frameworks.
