Job Details:

Position: Engineer – ERDA North
Location: Gurugram
Employment Type: Fixed-term employment for 3 years initially
Experience: 0–1 year | Freshers can apply
Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech (Electrical) – First Class
Annual CTC: ₹5.5 LPA (Fixed)
Open Positions: 1

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct testing and evaluation of electrical products independently.
Prepare accurate and timely test reports and documentation.
Plan, manage, and supervise testing activities and laboratory operations.
Coordinate with internal teams for testing schedules and requirements.
Identify new testing requirements and support the development of test facilities.
Assist with project and resource planning based on testing needs.

Skills We’re Looking For:

Technical:



Basic knowledge of electrical products and testing, along with strong documentation skills.
Communication: Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and team-building abilities.
IT: Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
