What You'll Do
* Edit high-quality Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (15–60 seconds) for brands and creators.
* Turn raw footage into engaging, retention-driven content with sharp pacing and clean storytelling.
* Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects using After Effects.
* Enhance videos with thoughtful sound design, music selection, SFX, beat matching, and audio cleanup.
* Perform basic color correction and grading to achieve a polished final look.
* Collaborate with strategists and production teams to bring creative concepts and references to life.
* Experiment with different hooks, captions, and endings to improve performance.
* Manage project files and timelines efficiently in a rapid-paced agency environment.
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years of professional video editing experience.
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience editing short-form content for brands or creators.
* Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and typography.
* A solid understanding of platform-native editing, audience retention, pacing, and social media trends.
* Experience using AI-powered editing tools to improve workflow, subtitles, or post-production efficiency.
* A portfolio showcasing high-quality Reels or short-form content (required).
* Availability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
