What would you do? We are seeking a Capital Markets Manager with 10-14 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC operations, onboarding,



and operations leadership to lead large-scale CLM delivery programs supporting institutional and corporate banking clients. This role is responsible for managing managers, team leaders, and operations staff across multiple workstreams while ensuring delivery against service, quality, compliance, risk, and customer objectives. The role also drives governance, transformation, stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives that strengthen regulatory compliance, onboarding effectiveness, and operating efficiency.

What are we looking for? Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
10–14 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management, KYC Operations, Financial Crime Compliance, or Capital Markets Operations, with significant people leadership experience.
