As the HR Head – Jaipur, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda for one of Pinnacle’s key strategic locations.
You will be responsible for driving both strategic and operational HR excellence, enabling business growth through strong talent practices, leadership development, employee engagement, performance culture, and robust HR governance.

Build a high-engagement, inclusive, accountable, and performance-driven workplace aligned with Pinnacle’s values.
✅ Performance Management
Strengthen goal setting, feedback, coaching, performance reviews, and development interventions to enable a high-performance culture.
✅ HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure seamless HR operations across payroll, HRIS, employee lifecycle processes, statutory compliance, audits, and applicable labour regulations.
