About Aignosis AI Aignosis is an AI-driven Health Tech company working on early screening and detection of developmental conditions in children. Our technology helps identify signs of autism and developmental delay early — often well before a family would otherwise find out — so that intervention can begin when it matters most.
We run screening programmes in schools, primary health centres and community camps across Rajasthan and beyond, in partnership with government bodies and corporate CSR programmes.
About the Role We are looking for one person who can do both — design and video. You will own everything visual that Aignosis puts out: social media content, ad creatives, camp and event films, parent-awareness material, and the decks we take to hospitals, government departments and corporate partners.
This is a hands-on production role, not a strategy role.



If you like making a high volume of good work quickly and seeing it go live the same week, you will enjoy this. Much of what you make will be seen by parents who are worried about their child — so clarity and warmth matter more than decoration.
Key Responsibilities Graphic Design
Social media creatives for Instagram and Linked In — awareness posts, carousels, infographics on child development milestones
Ad creatives for Google and Meta campaigns, including multiple variants for testing
Print collateral for screening camps: brochures, standees, banners, posters, parent handouts
Presentation decks for hospitals, schools, government departments and CSR partners
Explainer graphics that make screening and early intervention understandable to a non-medical audience
Brand consistency across everything — colours, typography, logo usage
Video Editing
Short-form vertical video (Reels, You Tube Shorts) for awarene
