We are seeking an experienced and highly respected Chief Physician & Clinical Lead to provide medical leadership, clinical governance oversight, and operational excellence within our healthcare facility. This role is ideal for a senior physician who is passionate about patient care, quality improvement, team development, and healthcare innovation.
The Opportunity
As the Chief Physician & Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for the overall clinical leadership, governance, and medical management of the clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and service delivery.



You will lead a multidisciplinary clinical team while contributing directly to patient care as a practicing family physician.
This is a strategic leadership position with responsibility for clinical governance, occupational health programs, quality improvement initiatives, emergency preparedness, physician development, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Governance
Provide leadership and oversight of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
Drive a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement.
Lead and manage all clinical governance activities in accordance with International SOS standards.
Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and International SOS clinical policies.
Oversee clinical incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action implementation.
