As part of the Contact Center Platforms team, you will strive to provide technology solutions that will help contact centers across American Airlines modernize the way they perform their day-to-day work. You'll develop relationships with stakeholders across the company as you define what problems they're looking to solve, find ways to use data to formulate a product strategy for delivering these solutions, and focus primarily on the user experience.
