Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to oversee customer success, account management, and daily deliverable management for

assigned accounts. This role involves managing existing clients, maintaining daily communications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables, and driving business growth through recurring accounts.

The Account Manager will coordinate closely with the respective engineering or architectural departments responsible for producing the CAD and BIM drawings,



ensuring that all deliverables meet the client’s specifications and deadlines.

Additionally, you will work with Sales, Operations, Project Management, Contracting, and management teams to ensure successful metrics for the accounts.
