About the Role :
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to manage and convert leads generated through our Marketing Team and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, building relationships, conducting follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond promptly to leads generated through Meta Ads and other digital marketing campaigns.
Contact prospective clients to understand their business and interior requirements.
Qualify leads based on project requirement, budget, location, timeline, and decision-making authority.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits whenever required.
Present the company's retail interior design, furniture,



and related solutions to prospective clients.
Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, and Project Teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Follow up on quotations and proposals and work towards successful conversion.
Maintain an updated record of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client objections and negotiate effectively to move opportunities towards closure.
Track the complete sales cycle from Lead → Qualification → Meeting → Quotation → Negotiation → Order Closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and conversion targets.
Share regular lead status and sales reports with the reporting manager.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team and provide feedback on lead quality and client requirements to improve future campaigns.
