As an Sales Account Executive, you will act as the technical bridge between our product and prospective customers. You will own the pre-sales cycle from a technical standpoint, leading product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, & positioning the right solutions aligned with client needs.

What you will do

Own the complete sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure.
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer business processes, challenges, and goals.
Deliver engaging and customized product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, decision-makers, and C-level executives.
Collaborate with Presales and Product teams to propose the most suitable solution.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and Statements of Work (SOW) where applicable.
Manage customer objections and conduct value-based negotiations.
Coordinate with Customer Success and Implementation teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecasting data in CRM.
Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual revenue targets.
Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Represent the company during customer meetings, webinars, industry events, and product presentations.

What we expect

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Account Executive, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or SaaS Sales roles.
Experience selling SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, FinTech, AI, Healthcare, or Enterprise Software products.
Proven experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.
Robust consultative selling and solution-based sales approach.
Experience managing complete sales cycles and enterprise customers.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand customer business processes and map them to software solutions
