We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of influencer marketing at Social Bird Media. This is an onsite role based in Paschim Vihar, Recent Delhi.

This is a leadership-focused role for someone who can drive strategy, build strong creator relationships, lead campaigns, manage clients, and mentor the team. You’ll play a key role in strengthening Social Bird’s creator network and scaling our influencer marketing capabilities.

• Lead influencer marketing strategy across multiple client accounts, aligning campaigns with business and brand objectives.
• Own the end-to-end influencer marketing function — from creator strategy and sourcing to negotiations, execution, reporting, and campaign closure.
• Build and maintain a strong creator ecosystem,



including influencers, talent managers, agencies, and emerging creators.
• Lead creator negotiations, commercials, contracts, deliverables, timelines, and long-term partnerships.
• Develop strategies to build exclusive and long-term creator relationships with Social Bird.
• Take ownership of client relationships, understand business objectives, and provide strategic influencer marketing recommendations.
• Drive campaign performance by tracking reach, engagement, conversions, ROI, and other relevant KPIs.
• Identify new creators, platforms, trends, and content formats that can create opportunities for clients and Social Bird.
• Build processes and best practices to improve campaign execution, creator management, and overall team efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting them with sourcing, negotiations, campaign execution, and relationship management.
