Role Summary
The Data Analyst, Specialist is responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions and improve operational efficiency. This role involves structuring complex business requests into well-defined analytical projects,
extracting and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources and developing automated reporting solutions to enhance data accessibility and decision-making.
Responsibilities
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate requirements into analytical projects, and drive end-to-end execution with structured problem-solving.
Gather, clean and validate structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency in data processing.
Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources, including advertising platforms, Adobe Analytics, and CRM systems, to generate actionable business insights.
Develop end-to-end marketing and sales funnel analytics by tracking customer journeys from campaign engagement through lead generation and sales conversion.
Leverage Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) data, sales interactions, chance pipelines, and revenue metrics to provide a holistic view of marketing effectiveness and business performance.
