PV Smart Energy LLP is expanding its sales team and looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales Professionals to join our growing organization.

? Location: Hyderabad (Chanda Nagar) & Bangalore ( Gospaze Realty Varthur Main Rd, Kumarapalli, Thubarahalli, Whitefield)
? Experience: 2 - 6 Years
? Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

? Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Generate leads through IndiaMART, digital platforms, company website, and other sales channels.
• Promote and sell electrical materials and renewable energy solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, estimates, and sales orders based on customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain customer and lead information in the CRM.




• Track sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.

? Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Field Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good experience in lead generation and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of CRM software such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Target-oriented, self-driven, and willing to travel for customer meetings when required.

Experience in any of the following industries will be an added advantage:
