As a Quality Leader – Design at Molex, a Koch company, you will lead engineering quality excellence by driving drawing quality, 3D CAD model quality, engineering documentation compliance, and process governance across global engineering teams. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for engineering drawing standards, GD&T;, CAD quality, and engineering process compliance while ensuring all released documentation meets internal standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

You will partner closely with design engineering, product development, quality, and manufacturing teams to establish quality frameworks, conduct technical audits, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and deliver engineering process excellence. Your ability to influence stakeholders, mentor teams, and implement robust engineering quality systems will be critical in creating long-term value and supporting creative product development.
