Purpose of the Role:
The Senior Engineer – Concept Development is responsible for developing and implementing innovative manufacturing concepts that support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and the continuous improvement of existing production solutions. The role combines technical expertise, feasibility assessment, risk evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver efficient, scalable, and future-ready manufacturing solutions aligned with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and evaluate current manufacturing concepts, processes, and technical solutions
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new production concepts and technologies
Create technical specifications, design documentation, and implementation plans
Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and project teams to ensure successful concept deployment
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support manufacturing excellence programs
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization

Technical Competencies:




Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial systems
Design of industrial equipment
Ability to analyze and solve complex engineering challenges
Knowledge of project management and risk management methodologies
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
