As a Growth Head, you will:
* ? Drive BIZRV sales across your assigned territory
* ? Meet business owners and decision-makers
* ? Identify and generate new business opportunities
* ? Demonstrate BIZRV and convert prospects into customers
* ? Manage the complete sales cycle — Lead → Demo → Follow-up → Closing
* ? Conduct field visits and build a solid local business network
* ? Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
* ? Build team, achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
* ? Maintain daily sales & activity reports
* ? Share market feedback to help BIZRV improve its product and sales strategy
