Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Creative Director to lead our design team and oversee the creative direction of projects across events, experiential marketing, branding, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, including 2D, 3D,



graphic, and product designers.

Develop strong creative concepts and visual directions for events and brand experiences.

Review and approve design concepts, presentations, layouts, and final artwork.

Ensure consistency in brand identity, quality, and visual communication across projects.

Collaborate with the marketing, production, and project teams to convert ideas into impactful designs.

Guide designers from concept development to final execution.

Understand client briefs and translate them into creative and visually engaging solutions.

Ensure designs are practical, creative, and suitable for fabrication and on-ground execution.

Present creative concepts and design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.

Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of creative outputs.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and creative innovations.
