Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sr. HR Executive to manage employee relations, HR operations, employee engagement, grievance handling, attrition, and employee lifecycle activities. The work closely with employees and management to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace environment. candidate will
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
Manage employee engagement activities and improve employee satisfaction.
Handle employee resignations, exit processes, and separation formalities.
Conduct exit discussions/interviews and identify key reasons for employee attrition.
Track and analyze employee attrition and retention trends.
Coordinate with managers regarding employee performance, concerns,
and retention.
Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and company guidelines.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS and attrition reports.
Use Advanced MS Excel for HR reporting, data analysis, and dashboards.
Handle conflict resolution between employees and departments.
Coordinate with management for employee-related issues and corrective actions.
Support performance management and employee development activities.
Ensure timely completion of confirmation, transfers, promotions, and other HR processes.
Conduct regular employee interactions to understand concerns and improve engagement.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
