Role Overview
We are looking for a Payroll Executive to manage the end-to-end payroll process and ensure timely, accurate and compliant salary processing for employees.
The role will involve close coordination with HR, Finance and employees, maintaining payroll data, handling statutory compliances and ensuring a smooth payroll experience every month.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll processing including salary inputs, attendance, leave, deductions, reimbursements, incentives and other payroll components.
Ensure accurate processing of new joiners, exits, salary revisions, promotions and other employee changes.
Maintain and validate payroll data and ensure accuracy before payroll closure.




Handle statutory payroll compliances including PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, TDS and other applicable requirements.
Prepare payroll reports, salary registers, variance reports and other MIS as required.
Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing, salary disbursement and related reconciliations.
Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, payslips, tax and payroll-related matters.
Ensure timely issuance of payslips, salary statements and other payroll documents.
Coordinate with HR/Finance teams for full and final settlement of exiting employees.
Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality and security of employee compensation data.
Support payroll audits and provide required reports/documents during internal and external audits.
Identify payroll discrepancies and proactively resolve issues before payroll closure.
