Role Overview
We are looking for our first B2B Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale Scale Global's marketing and demand generation engine. Working directly with the Founder and alongside our GTM Architect, you will be responsible for building our market presence, generating qualified demand, strengthening our digital ecosystem, and accelerating commercial growth.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We're looking for a builder- someone who is equally comfortable launching a landing page, creating an interactive tool, writing a founder LinkedIn post, planning a webinar, qualifying leads, attending industry events,



and leveraging AI to execute faster and smarter.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building from scratch, experimenting rapidly, taking ownership, and turning ideas into measurable business outcomes.

Please note: This role is focused on marketing Scale Global's expansion platform and B2B solutions and does not involve managing marketing campaigns for our client or portfolio brands.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Demand:
Build Scale Global's brand, positioning, and thought leadership across the consumer goods ecosystem.
Plan and execute integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
Develop founder thought leadership through LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars, case studies, market reports, and industry content.
Create compelling messaging that drives awareness, engagement, and qualified demand.

Growth Engine:
Build and optimize Scale Global's digital growth engine.
Own the website, landing pages, lead magnets, interac
