MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading
business development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Market knowledge, including vendors, infrastructure, prices, and trends.
* Comprehensive knowledge of telecom domain, and positive understanding of telecom
terrestrial and subsea networks.
* Commercial negotiation, complexity, and scope, including relationship
management, aptitude, and influencing skills.
* Contract formation, general legal knowledge, investigative skills, regulatory
experience, and aptitude.
