The Opportunity

The Manager of Engineering – India is responsible for the leadership, growth, utilization,



and engineering delivery of the Electronics India engineering organization.
The role combines organizational leadership, engineering delivery, workforce planning, talent development, utilization management, and global collaboration. The successful candidate will lead teams supporting both India-based project execution and global project delivery through our One Jacobs integrated engineering resource model.
As a member of the Electronics Engineering Leadership Team, this individual will partner closely with global engineering leaders to ensure consistent engineering standards, effective resource sharing, leadership development, and delivery excellence across the organization.

Organizational Scope

Leads the Electronics engineering organization in India.
Initial organization of approximately 70 engineering professionals.
Expected growth to 250+ engineering professionals over the next 3–5 years.
Supports multidisciplinary semiconductor, advanced technology
