Role Description The General Manager role at VYDA Hotels is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage,



and guest services, ensuring consistent service quality and operational efficiency. This role includes managing budgets, monitoring revenue and cost controls, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction. The General Manager will lead, train, and motivate teams, maintain compliance with company standards and local regulations, and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive occupancy, MICE business, and brand visibility. The position also involves building strong relationships with guests, owners, and partners, handling escalated issues, and contributing to the pre-opening and performance improvement of new and existing properties.
Qualifications
Strong hotel operations management skills, including oversight of front office, housekeeping, F&B;, and guest services.
