Cloud Fulcrum is looking for an experience project manager for Salesforce DevOps to join our architecture team and will be responsible for providing leadership, technical architecture and drive our mission of “PMO – Salesforce DevOps Specialist” for our Salesforce customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgets, risks, and issue tracking.



Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to project methodology. Manage change requests, ensuring impact analysis and approvals are properly handled. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards. Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and dependencies. Drive user adoption by supporting training, change management, and stakeholder communications. Act as the escalation point for project-related issues and work to resolve them quickly.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 6+ years managing Salesforce projects. Solid understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.). Ex
