CCA is growing and is looking to hire an Associate to support the execution of our transactions.
This Delhi, India-based role covers SE Asia and India. It is for exceptionally motivated and smart individuals to build a career in technology investment banking in two of the world’s largest and fastest-growing technology markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Associate, you will be a key member of the Corporate Finance team and involved in projects across the APAC region that may include, but are not limited to:
Support the VPs and Partners on deal execution for our private placement, M&A;, and/or strategic financial advisory mandates.
Build Financial Models including integrated three-statement model, valuation, and cash flow modeling
Prepare key documentation including Pitch Decks,
Information Memorandums, Management Presentations, etc.
Manage due diligence workflows, including data-room organisation, coordination with service providers, and preparation of clients for investor Q&A.;
Drive project timelines, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
Provide background work for research and industry analysis with a focus on technology and the internet in SE Asia and India.
Contribute to internal process improvements, CRM enhancement, and tech-led project management tools to scale execution efficiency.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Mandatory requirement of 3-6 years full-time experience working in a boutique or mid-market investment bank with a prior deal execution track record.
Good academic credentials from top institutions - undergraduate or masters program.
Solid accounting and corporate finance knowledge.
