Young Edsplorer is an experiential learning and educational travel company working with schools and students to create meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom.
We are looking for a proactive, confident, well-organized, and communication-oriented professional who can take ownership of client coordination, project execution, school orientations, and on-ground program management.
This is a energetic role that involves working closely with schools, principals, teachers, parents, students, sales teams, operations teams, and external partners. The role will also involve frequent travel to schools and project locations, so candidates should be comfortable with extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities

Client & School Coordination
Act as a key point of contact between Young Edsplorer and schools, principals, teachers, parents, students, and other stakeholders.




Build and maintain strong professional relationships with school management and clients.
Coordinate meetings, discussions, follow-ups, approvals, documentation, and other client requirements.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely communication and execution.

Project Handling & Execution
Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through successful completion.
Coordinate with internal Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, dependencies, and follow-ups.
Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with project requirements and timelines.
Identify potential challenges during project execution and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.
Maintain proper project documentation, reports, records, and communication logs.
