Position: Program & Project coordinator
We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Program & Project Coordinator to lead, strengthen, and innovate within our program portfolio. This role is well-suited for a proactive professional with strong project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills,



and a passion for designing impactful development programs.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end management of assigned programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop detailed work plans, logical frameworks, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;) plans for program activities.
Provide comprehensive planning and implementation support across all phases of the project.
Monitor program progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and implement timely corrective measures.
Oversee administrative functions including budgeting, documentation, reporting, and compliance.
Program Development & Innovation
Lead the development of new program concepts, models, and strategies aligned with organizational goals and community needs.
Identify gaps and emerging needs to conceptualize creative, impactful, and scalable program interventions.
