About the Company
The Senior IAM Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting identity governance and access management solutions that strengthen the organization’s IAM infrastructure. This role will focus heavily on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow, including application onboarding, source configuration, connector development, workflow configuration, automated provisioning and de-provisioning, and identity-related troubleshooting. The Senior IAM Engineer will also assist with Ping SSO implementation and support the configuration of other IAM-related platforms and integrations. This role partners with security, infrastructure, application owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams to ensure IAM solutions are secure, reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow.
