About the Role
Owns permission delivery for a set of allocated cities (based out of Bangalore, but covering multiple cities per NBH's city-allocation plan). Drives the calling team to secure society permissions against incoming brand campaigns, builds a ready inventory of pre-permissioned societies to speed up future campaigns, and is accountable for permission % and TAT at the campaign level across their cities — while keeping the calling team's productivity, SOP adherence, and customer satisfaction on track.
Responsibilities
Drive society permission acquisition through the calling team for every campaign received, working against the campaign's specific requirements and timelines
Build and maintain a ready inventory of pre-permissioned societies (by city/belt) so future campaigns can be coordinated and activated faster, without starting permission from scratch
Own the permission % target at the campaign level and the overall permission % for all allocated cities — track and course-correct proactively
Track every campaign individually to ensure permissions come through within TAT; escalate stuck/at-risk campaigns early
Ensure the calling team follows SOPs and maintains strong productivity (call volumes, conversion, priority-list closure)
Own customer satisfaction outcomes for allocated cities — track and improve NPS/customer ratings
Coordinate closely with Senior BDMs and Brand Managers on campaign requirements, timelines, and escalations
Report city/campaign-level numbers regularly to the GM — Permission Calling
Qualifications
Graduate with 2–4 years in a calling/tele-sales team management role, or B2B/B2C operations with target ownership
Required Skills
Proven experience managing a team's productivity and SOP adherence, ideally in a multi-city or multi-campaign setup
Solid stakeholder coordination skills (working across BDMs, brand teams, and calling teams)
Comfortable owning hard numbers (permiss
