• Own team and individual sales targets, with accountability for revenue delivery and core commercial performance metrics.
• Lead a team of approximately 5+ sales professionals and create a culture of ownership,
responsiveness, discipline, and high standards.
• Identify, prioritize, and curate promising leads by reviewing customer behavior, historical data,
purchase patterns, browsing signals, and engagement history.
• Support the team in focusing on the highest-potential opportunities by improving lead relevance and conversion efficiency.
• Engage customers across phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, video consultations, and other relevant
channels to drive conversion.
