About the Role
Aquapharm is looking for a Sr. Officer – Production to manage shift operations and ensure planned production output while maintaining defined standards for quality, cost, safety, raw material, utilities, and manpower usage.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control shift operations to achieve planned production output while maintaining cost and quality standards.




Ensure safe operation of the plant, machinery, and manpower during the shift.
Operate and monitor DCS-operated process plants.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and applicable ISO systems and audit requirements.
Monitor RM, PM, utilities, and manpower usage as per defined norms.
Ensure effective manpower handling, planning, and shift coordination.
Support production planning and address operational issues through effective problem-solving.
Ensure proper housekeeping of production areas, tank farms, and filling stations.
Handle hazardous chemicals in accordance with secure working practices.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: BE/BTech in Chemical Engineering
Experience: 2–6 years
Industry: Hazardous Chemical / Process Industry
Preferred: Hands-on experience in a DCS-operated plant
