Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site in the Pune Division, focusing on driving sales growth and promoting Minson Cooling Towers’ solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective customers, presenting technical and commercial proposals, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The role involves coordinating product demonstrations,



preparing marketing materials, and supporting promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility. The specialist will nurture long-term customer relationships, provide responsive service support, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quotations, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction. This position requires regular market research to identify current opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
