JOB TITLE: Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

To manage and support HR systems, Learning Management, Performance Management, and HR Analytics functions across the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring data integrity,



system efficiency, insightful reporting, and seamless execution of talent and learning processes through Oracle HCM Cloud and Power BI. Validation of data sent for system entry

HRIS Administration

Administer and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules and related HR systems.
Process and validate employee lifecycle transactions, organizational changes, and workforce data updates.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR governance standards.
Support system testing, UAT, and implementation of current enhancements and releases.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT and vendors for resolution.
Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards.

Learning Administration

Administer Oracle Learning Management System (LMS).
Create, assign, and maintain learning courses, learning plans, and certifications.
Monitor learning compliance and training completion rates.
