Job Summary:

Assistant Manager – Finance will support the finance leadership team in managing day-to-day financial operations,



ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance with regulations, and timely execution of financial processes. This role involves assisting with accounts payable, reconciliations, merchant finance activities, audits, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Core Role Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
Handle annual audit process by coordinating with external auditors, prepare schedules, and ensure required documentation is provided.
Assist in resolving open finance matters and provide regular status updates to senior management.
Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice checking, booking, validation, approvals, and vendor payments.
