Working Hours
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

? Key Responsibilities:

Build partnerships with colleges and universities for training programs
Meet HODs, Placement Cells, Deans, and other academic decision-makers
Generate leads and drive institutional sales
Present Iklavya's training solutions and close MoUs/agreements
Maintain solid stakeholder relationships and a healthy sales pipeline

? Eligibility:





✔️ 1–4 years of experience in Institutional/B2B/EdTech Sales
✔️ Graduate (MBA preferred)
✔️ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔️ Willingness to travel across Prayagraj, Lucknow, Varanasi, and nearby regions
