Job Summary:

Monitor and analyze transactional data to identify suspicious patterns, fraud trends, and emerging risks.
Develop, maintain, and optimize fraud detection rules, triggers, and analytical models to enhance fraud prevention.
Perform data mining and statistical analysis to identify fraud vulnerabilities and recommend preventive controls.
Design and automate MIS dashboards, fraud reports, and key risk indicators (KRIs) for management review.
Conduct root cause analysis of fraud incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with Fraud Risk, Operations, Business, Compliance, and Technology teams to strengthen fraud controls.
Validate and investigate fraud alerts generated through monitoring systems and recommend appropriate action.
Develop, implement, and execute testing of Red Flag Indicators (RFIs) for high-risk transactions using advanced data analytics tools and query languages such as SQL and Python to proactively detect suspicious and potentially fraudulent activities across customer acquisition, post-issuance services, renewal management,



policyholder services, mortality claims, market fraud, and other operational process violations.
Leverage analytical tools including SQL, Python, SAS, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for data extraction, transformation, analysis, visualization, and the development of actionable insights to strengthen fraud monitoring and risk management. Monitor portfolio performance by analyzing fraud trends across products, channels, geographies, and customer segments.
Support implementation and validation of machine learning and predictive analytics models for fraud detection.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit observations related to fraud risk management
