Role Description The Video Editor internship at The View is a hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home assignments. In this position, the intern will edit video content for various digital platforms, assemble raw footage, and refine narratives to support client campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions and basic effects, incorporating motion graphics and on-screen text, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The intern will collaborate with creative and marketing teams,



assist in basic color grading, and help adapt content for multiple formats and aspect ratios. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining project files, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, agency setting.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end creation and refinement of video content.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of footage.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements and support storytelling.
Basic knowledge of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is beneficial.
