Role Overview
The Associate Director / Director – Business Development will be responsible for driving business growth across India and Southeast Asia through enterprise customer acquisition, strategic account expansion, ecosystem partnerships and market development initiatives.




The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling expertise with a business-building mindset and will be expected to operate with ownership, influence senior stakeholders and contribute to shaping Konverz AI's regional growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue s Business Growth
•
Own enterprise revenue growth across assigned territories and strategic accounts.

Develop and execute market expansion strategies across India and Southeast Asia.
•
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
•
Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
•
Drive recent logo acquisition as well as expansion within existing customers.
Enterprise Sales Leadership
•
Lead complex enterprise sales engagements from prospecting through closure.
•
Engage with CHROs, Talent Leaders, CIOs, Business Heads, and C-suite stakeholders.
•
Conduct discovery workshops, executive presentations, solution demonstrations and commercial negotiations.
