Job Responsibilities :

Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and processes within the Strategy Department.
Lead the development and implementation of project plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Oversee the allocation of resources, budget management, and timeline adherence for strategic projects.
Implement robust project governance, including risk management, issue resolution, and performance tracking
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the Chief Strategy Officer and key stakeholders
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.




Lead the evaluation and adoption of project management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Education Requirement :

Necessary: Minimum Masters degree in Project Management, Business Administration
Desired: G raduate Degree in any of the fields related to the development sector

Experience Requirement :

Necessary: Minimum 12-15 years of social sector experience
Desired: Experience of implementing large scale development projects
