About the Company

Thrillophilia is looking for a Creative Production Lead to build and lead a high-volume creative-content engine across performance marketing, CRM, website and social media. This is not a long-form editorial or SEO-content role.

About the Role

You will lead a team of copywriters, video editors, designers, influencer marketers and creative producers to consistently deliver videos, static creatives and campaign assets that drive attention, engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the content strategy across performance, CRM, website and social media
Work closely with marketing teams to understand their content requirements and priorities
Build a high-volume pipeline of video, static, creator-led and performance content
Translate campaign objectives and customer insights into clear creative briefs
Lead copywriters, designers, editors, influencer marketers and producers
Plan and oversee selected shoots, creator productions and content campaigns
Establish production calendars, workflows, review systems and delivery timelines




Review creative quality, hooks, messaging, visual execution and platform relevance
Analyse creative performance and use the findings to improve future content
Create multiple creative variations for testing across audiences, destinations and funnel stages
Maintain speed and volume without allowing creative quality to deteriorate
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure content is delivered on time

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in content, creative, digital marketing or branded-content roles
Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams
Solid understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused content
Experience producing high volumes of short-form video and static creatives
Ability to evaluate copy, design, editing, hooks and storytelling
Experience managing shoots, creators and content-production workflows
Strong project management, prioritisation and stakeholder-manage
