Role Description The Business Development Executive Tele-sales role at NM Estates is a full-time, on-site position based in Pitampura. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, presenting property options, explaining services, and following up on leads to convert inquiries into sales. The executive will manage and update lead databases, schedule site visits or meetings,



and maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, sharing relevant information about available properties, addressing questions and concerns, and coordinating with the on-ground sales team. The role also includes meeting daily and weekly call targets, supporting marketing campaigns, generating referrals, and contributing to overall revenue growth through consistent tele-sales activities.
