As we continue to expand our development capabilities, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Delivery Lead – ERPNext, Frappe & Python who can provide technical direction, strengthen engineering practices and lead a team of developers toward consistent, high-quality delivery.
About the Role:-
This is not a conventional project management or purely operational delivery role. The Technical Delivery Lead will be responsible for driving the complete technical delivery function,
guiding a team of approximately 15–20 developers and ensuring that solutions are designed, developed and delivered in line with defined engineering standards, business requirements and client expectations.
The selected skilled will work directly with the CTO and act as the technical bridge between leadership, development teams and clients. The role requires deep technical expertise in Python, ERPNext and the Frappe Framework, combined with the ability to lead teams, review code, define solution architecture and establish structured development processes.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable discussing ERP workflows with business stakeholders, designing a technical solution, reviewing complex code and mentoring developers.
