Role Overview:
Amagi seeks a senior, business-oriented lawyer to join us as Senior Director, Legal, based in Bangalore, India. This role will lead the India legal function, serving as the primary legal business partner for India, reporting to Amagi’s General Counsel and coordinating closely with the Company Secretarial function. As a listed company, this role requires solid judgment on regulatory and governance matters in addition to day-to-day commercial and employment law support.
